The WFJ series micro pulverizer and ultrafine pulverizer are composed of three parts: main machine, auxiliary machine, and electronic control. They are compact in design and have a reasonable structure, with wind selection and no screen or mesh. The machine is equipped with a grading mechanism, which can complete crushing and grading in one go. Negative pressure conveying continuously discharges the heat generated in the chamber during the crushing operation, making it suitable for the crushing of thermosensitive materials.
The material enters the crushing chamber through a hopper and a screw conveyor. The crushed material is sheared by high-speed blades to obtain pulverization. The material is then transported into a cyclone separator, bag filter, and discharged to meet the requirements of the product through negative pressure air transportation.
This machine has a wide range of adaptability and can continuously adjust the particle size during the production process, such as crushing and grading various materials such as chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, dyes, resins, shells, etc.
